CR Macchine presents a new concept of
pantograph/plotter that combines 2 advanced technologies:
HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA CUTTING AT 100A and 200A single
and/or double torch;
PATENTED multitool head (6 and more) with single
control for:

Boring rough-holes made by plasma

TAPPING the bored holes up to 27 mm in
diameter

COUNTERSINKING

COUNTERBORING for Allen screws

COMBINED plasma cutting processing and
removal on the same piece

Processing up to 180 mm in height for
tubular or box shapes

Working fields: from 1500x3000 mm to
2500x9000 mm
THE SYSTEM PATENT consists of the combination of a multitool
head with a plasma cutter and of the head itself, since it
allows the descent of one tool at a time to work on the
piece, rather than the descent of several like-tools at the
same time as is the case for normal interaxis multi-heads
that are constant for both drilling and tapping.
Each tool is pushed downwards while working by an appropriate pneumatic
cylinder with an adjustable thrus, which also acts as "SHOCK ABSORBER"
and as "THRUST LIMITER" on the tool, so protecting it from
dangerous stresses.
